How did you get into caregiving?
I became a caregiver because my mom has been a skilled nurse for over 20 years, and I followed in her footsteps. I started working where she worked, and it's like they still just inspire me to become a better person and it's all I can do is care for these people. So I help in every which way.
What advice would you provide to a new caregiver?
My advice to any new caregiver is that it will get easy in due time. It just makes you strong as individuals. You learn a lot and it's a lot of teaching that we have to learn in life and they teach you a lot. And it's just wonderful overall just helping people in life in general.
Who is one of your most memorable clients?
