How did you get into caregiving?
I became a caregiver because I take care of my grandmother, my grandfather, and my family. And that's natural.
Who is one of your most memorable clients?
The first person that comes to my mind is Bob. Bob is different than all the patients that I care for because Bob, he's always asking me to "Come on, Josie. Get the puzzle, and we're going to play." And he's calling all the person to play in the table, so Bob is a really good person, too.
What are your strengths as a caregiver?
My clients describe me as patient, and I have a good heart, and I'm a loving person. One advice to the new caregiver is to be patient with the client and to love them. Give all the best for them.
