At Kindly Care, we pride ourselves on having one of the largest caregiver talent networks with 50,000 registered caregivers, 4,000 published caregiver profiles, and an average of 9 years of professional experience. We managed to acquire such amazing talent by being a strong advocate for caregivers in our industry and helping them find jobs either with our clients or even with our direct competitors. After working hard to establish a good reputation in the caregiver community, we’re now seeing more than 5,000 monthly candidates applying to join our local networks in California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada.
This Thanksgiving season, we want to express our gratitude to our caregivers for all of their hard work. We are initiating a Thanksgiving Rebate program which allows our clients to double the pay of their Kindly Care caregivers and then get refunded for those additional expenses courtesy of Kindly Care. It’s our way of bringing some holiday cheer to our hard-working caregivers while strengthening their bond with our most valued clients! Here is how the program works:
- The rebate is valid for payroll periods between Nov 16, 2017 and Nov 29, 2017 and only for hours that don’t regularly qualify for overtime pay
- Rebates are issued via check and will be mailed two weeks after the initial debit
- We will rebate the full difference between overtime and regular pay, including the difference in gross wages, taxes and fees
